The Annual Lunar New Year Date.
Every year, without fail, we'll always have a Lunar New Year date, celebrating the new year at my parents' place together.
This year, my parents may decided not to open their kitchen for the festive season, my dad still wanna open his kitchen just for us.
To my folks... it's their way of showering their love for me and my girls (and in recent years, along with our spouses and kids) with good food, feeding us till we're overstuffed. It's their way of catching up on us, all at one go, once a year, to see how each of us are doing in our own lives.
Afterall... they watched us growing up together, and now witnessing each of us building up our very own family.
The next few days, my dad happily quipped at how another one of us is preggie, and how my mum whined about not able to rush back in time to see baby Sky. And how my dad would keep telling my mum how chubbily cute baby Sky is, knowing she didn't get her chance to play with the baby boy.
