iPhone? What iPhone?
By now, I had at least 17 people asking me how's the new apple iPhone is like.
Contrary to most believe, I didn't drag myself to queue at SingTel last Friday to get my hands on the hottest item on planet earth.
Nope, didn't even consider.
Nope, didn't even see how much SingTel was offering.
And nope, didn't even had any must-get-one-now itch happening neither.
(James was surprised when he found out I didn't even twitched at all...)
Yes, I'm a big die-hard apple fan.
But that doesn't mean I'll go out buy any apple item blindly.
Guilty as charged, I was all excited when it first launched in USA, and nearly called up my cousin in LA to get me one, despite its not gonna work here (and tot maybe I can get it unlocked at a later date), when I got super desperately itching to own it. But after some serious consideration, I settled on a iTouch instead.
Like I said before in my previous post on the gadget, I'm relieved not being a sucker to get the phone now, and wait a while more for any problems to be ironed out, before I'm getting one.
As it is, I'm happy with my replacement, the iTouch. It substitutes my old U2 iPod (since it died). At the same time, allowing me to bring photos and videos around, showing off my cats, the Europe Trip and my Wedding Pre & Actual Day pictures. Did I mention I enjoyed surfing the web, reading emails for free while in waiting?
I can tell you for sure... Even if James asked me if I would like that for Xmas, I would say no. My current phone, the Sony Ericsson P1i, still serve me well and I love it to bits! And I also can surf wifi for free!
Unless it dies on me, even so, I doubt I would be getting the iPhone. (I'm dun fancy any phone that has no number keypads at all... From my past experience, I realized that in case of any emergency situation I got myself into, I won't be able to dial numbers becoz the screen is dead.)
Good for you if you got the hottest gadget on earth. Gloat as you wish in front of me... I won't twitched one bit. I'll probably wish you good luck in case it breaks down and then you wished you had the number keypads in the first place.
