A very long wait for me to finally be able to immerse with puff power from a very very intriguing source on the big screen. I love the series. I can watch the episodes again and again whenever my spirits were very very down. It was the very same source that guarantees some quality "me" time in the living room whenever I feed the VCDs into the player. It is addictive, it makes you feel so good of being a woman, and lastly, you feel all charged up and empowered. (Unfortunately, I've returned the VCDs, and there goes all my comfort "brain" food.)
So, what's the best way to enjoy such long awaited movie?
Without doubt... watching it with the girlfriends!!

Bao surprised me by beating me to suggest watching it together, and wanting to watch it on a late-night slot. Its very rare. For Bao's a definately-will-zonk-out-after-10pm person. Besides surviving through the movie, the tea session after still displays her alertness!

After sending the girls home, bringing supper back for the greedy one, and waiting to send the car back to my folks in a couple of hours time, I'm sitting here, marveling at my own group of girls, feeling how grateful I am to have such wonderful, supportive and loving girlfriends, though at times we cant agree, angry and even stray away from each other. We have come such a long long way.
Like the girls in the movie, celebrating girl power and their friendships.
To us, and 50 years more!!p/s: Bao asked me which character I think she's like? Before I responded, she answered herself. (Yes deary, you are like
Miranda.) And she feels I'm more like
Samantha. Strange enough, she's the only one who thinks I'm not a
Charlotte.
